President Obama has been named in dozens of civil lawsuits alleging he is not eligible to be president, with one man even filing a criminal complaint alleging the commander-in-chief is a fraud, and now a citizen grand jury in Georgia has indicted the sitting president.
The indictment delivered to state and federal prosecutors yesterday is one of the developments in the dispute over Obama’s eligibility to be president under the U.S. Constitution’s requirement that presidents be “natural born” citizens.
Orly Taitz, a California attorney working on several of the civil actions, also announced she has filed another Quo Warranto case in the District of Columbia, where, she told WND, the statutes acknowledge that procedure.
The Quo Warranto claim essentially calls on Obama to explain by what authority he has assumed the power of the presidency.
Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation also has confirmed to WND a civil case brought on behalf of Ambassador Alan Keyes, a candidate for president on California’s general election ballot last year, challenging Obama’s eligibility will be appealed.
WND reported earlier on the case being filed and then again when a judge dismissed it after concluding anyone can run for president on the California ballot – whether or not they are eligible under the Constitution of the United States.

And I am white but I do wonder why there is such hoopla over Obama’s citizenship. McCain was born in Panama (albeit on a military base). Still, why did no one ever bring that up? Apparently what you don’t know is that anyone can get a certification of live birth from the state of Hawaii. A real birth certificate is the issue. If you would read deeply and consider you might understand and avoid the emotionalism.
If we allow the Constitution to be violated, we’ve all lost. If Mr. Obama purposefully deceived everyone, knowing he did not meet the Constitutional requirement as a “natural born” citizen, would you have a different opinion of him?
This isn’t about feelings. It’s not about your stereotypes or your silly accusations of racism.

Try to read information with an objective approach and consider that perhaps people are simply trying to preserve the integrity of the Constitution and the rule of law, for without those, we are finished.

Preserving the integrity of the Constitution?
And insulting the intelligence of American citizens, too, apparently. If you think, even for a second, that this man was not checked, double checked, and triple checked before getting anywhere NEAR the Democratic candidacy, you have lost your fool mind.
Then, start considering what a massive and far-reaching conspiracy we are looking at here (including the ability to apparently travel back in time to 1960 and place a birth announcement in a local Hawaiian paper “just in case” he ever wanted to run for President) you get to the point where the only explanation is that some people are just batsh!t crazy and completely out-of-their mind paranoid. Either that or they’re racist. That’s pretty much all the options.
Normal people accept the evidence that’s in front of their faces instead of weaving intricate conspiracies because they can’t differentiate between reality and whatever Limbaugh tells them.
Oh, also – It’s people who continue to perpetuate this silliness that makes those who genuinely disagree with Obama on policies seem like members of some far-right fringe group.

You claim the moral high ground and denigrate morality. You insist you are the keepers of truth, and engage in pervasive deception. You decry personal attacks as you engage and perfect them, constantly confusing rational debate with verbal assault. And you promote the idea of citizen redress, but only if you are politically correct, another gross hypocrisy.
Why not just admit your bias, acknowledging you are enamoured by Obama, so any question raised or criticism leveled is dismissed out of hand. Your head is enslaved to your heart: typical leftist.
No wonder you don’t give a damn about the Constitution, the very document this President swore to protect and defend, even as he appears to violate it.
