America is finished, unless we deal with $ and terrorism

OUR LIVES DEPEND ON YOUR VOTE

Exaggeration?   Consider the non-partisan presentations below, please.

There are only two issues in this election.   All other topics are irrelevant.  Unless we deal with these two lethal threats, we will both implode, and be brought to our knees by outside forces.

Unless these two issues are addressed immediately, and aggressively, we are finished.  The American experiment in freedom, God-given, and bought with the blood of millions of patriots, will fail, unless we address:

>Federal spending, taxation, debt, deficits, and…

>Islamic terrorism

Unless we agree, and act, we are finished.  Unity is required.

PLEASE: take the time to watch these video presentations, and then ask yourself, which candidate is most prepared, most qualified, and most capable in the face of these enormous challenges.

Ok, Allan I checked your videos, but the ISLAM thing, i gave it 5 minutes, I am raised in a religious home and in general I agree with one of the commentators to this video:

Christianity and ISLAM are two sides of the same coin.
Old Testament is common, Jesus is a common character.

There is/has been maniacs from both belief-systems as Mr Bush menitioned when he started the IRAQ-war, he referred to the crusaders, remember?
Of course Al Quaida is a problem, but it can be solved if you behave wisely as a nation, that means, you need wise leaders…
Unfortunately, Bush isn’t a wise leader, nor is McCain…

I don,t think medicare is the reason for the current economic crisis, deregulation is and Greenspan, and his deregulation concept, is one of the root causes.
He said yesterday that “greed” is the reason!
For me, that’s the ultimate proof that I’m right:

Rule #1: You shouldn’t create any economic system based on the assumption that people are honest!

I believe America will solve this crisis together with the rest of the world, but it might be painful…

I have to correct myself: Old Testament isn’t a part of KORAN, i think some of the books are included??

BTW, the story of creation in Genesis is in fact superior to KORAN…
    A much stronger poethic language…

    RogerHq:

You must watch the entire Islam video. It is incredibly instructive and detailed. The only way you can understand the exclusive nature of Islam is to understand the history, the word definitions, the way the Koran is organized, and the theological nuances. Islam and Christianity are certainly NOT two side of the same coin, they are diametrically opposed, although Mohammad sat at the feet of Jewish and Christian scholars before launching his career, so there are inevitable similarities as a result. Please watch the whole video. You will conclude, I think, that this is not just a radical problem, but aggression and world domination are at the heart of the entire world view.

    Allan!
    Done 30 minutes….
Well, It’s fairly well done, my impression is that it’s somewhat tilted…
    The “fear”-theme is obvious…
Slaughtering Israelis as a matter of duty is of course a hairraising accusation.
There is a number of Islamic associations and each and everyone interpret KORAN and their assortment of Hadiths in their own way…
    Many of them are peaceful…
    Some tend to extremism…
Anyway, this video raises a number of questions and increases my quriosity about this particular religion, but I still believe it’s a lot of common denominators in Islam and Chrtistianity…
Remember the Old, sometimes bloody, sometimes nice, sometimes boring Testament…

Glaring differences: love thy neighbor, turn the other cheek, pray for your enemies versus subjugate your enemy, ambush your enemy, decapitate your enemy or hold your enemy hostage for ransom.

No doubt you will immediately rejoin “The Crusades,” etc.

Many non-Christians have done things in the name of Christ which Christ had nothing to do with. Muslims do things in the name of Mohammad that he has everything to do with.

No doubt you will rejoin “War for Oil.”

I would respond: just war, self-defense, not a Christian holy war.

The other 60 minutes contain even more interesting stuff. After the election, watch for Al Qaeda to hit, with fury. They are waiting until after the election because they don’t want to help McCain, or hurt Obama. They’ve actually said as much.

  6. RogerHq says:

No Allan, that logic doesn’t work!
Al Quaeda want a preident like Bush because they ask for a succesful global war…
Bin Laden, who is a fanatic but clever guy, expected Bush to react as he did, attacking Iraq after a “no mission completed” in Afghanistan.
I’m not sure if Al Quaeda would have attacked if Gore had been the president…
McCain seems to be a greater war monger than Bush and he will be an ideal opponent for Al Quaeda.
He is a fighter using his gut instead of his brain…
So my tip is: If, and I say if Al Quaeda is capable of attacking USA now, they will do it before the election!

    One more thing Allan!

I just looked into the mentioned Hadiths in the video, the Sahih Bukhari, book 52 about fighting…
In fact, the first verse tells you that it’s more important to pray and obey your parents than to fight!!
    Read this:

    CITATION
    Volume 4, Book 52, Number 41:

    Narrated Abdullah bin Masud:

I asked Allah’s Apostle, “O Allah’s Apostle! What is the best deed?” He replied, “To offer the prayers at their early stated fixed times.” I asked, “What is next in goodness?” He replied, “To be good and dutiful to your parents.” I further asked, what is next in goodness?” He replied, “To participate in Jihad in Allah’s Cause.” I did not ask Allah’s Apostle anymore and if I had asked him more, he would have told me more.
    END CITATION

    Well, what do you think?

  8. RogerHq says:

Again Allan, I have to give yuo this beause it’s funny!
It’s about islamic peacekeeping, sort of:

    ******************
    Volume 3, Book 49, Number 856:

    Narrated Anas:

It was said to the Prophet “Would that you see Abdullah bin Ubai.” So, the Prophet went to him, riding a donkey, and the Muslims accompanied him, walking on salty barren land. When the Prophet reached ‘Abdullah bin Ubai, the latter said, “Keep away from me! By Allah, the bad smell of your donkey has harmed me.” On that an Ansari man said (to ‘Abdullah), “By Allah! The smell of the donkey of Allah’s Apostle is better than your smell.” On that a man from ‘Abdullah’s tribe got angry for ‘Abdullah’s sake, and the two men abused each other which caused the friends of the two men to get angry, and the two groups started fighting with sticks, shoes and hands. We were informed that the following Divine Verse was revealed (in this concern):– “And if two groups of Believers fall to fighting then, make peace between them.” (49.9)
    *************

So, Allan, they don’t always fight with sword!!

  9. Allan Erickson says:

HA! Sounds like the fight was over whose ass smelled worse. Reminds me of one of the add-on laws in the OT, when two men fight, if one grabs the other by the balls, he must have his hand cut off.

Wish someone would edit that to a shorter time.
